Student Resolution Advocate

Will the Student Resolution Advocate talk to my attorney or testify if I choose to file a grievance or lawsuit?

No. Once a matter enters any formal process the Student Resolution Advocate does not have any further involvement.

All communications with the office are made with the understanding that they are confidential, informal and off-the-record, and that the Student Resolution Advocate will not be called to testify as a witness in any formal process including grievances, complaints or other proceedings, or any legal proceeding.
